My father served in the Navy for 22 years, and my childhood was spent in Jacksonville, where my mom successfully ran a boarding kennel. Now, I'm happily married to Tricia and am the proud parent of five, as well as a "Papa" to four wonderful grandchildren. Throughout the years, I've lived in various places in Tampa Bay, such as Bradenton, Brandon, Palm Harbor, Valrico, and Wesley Chapel.

You might be wondering about the Lone Ranger reference. Admittedly, I often get asked about it. Growing up, I was a big fan of the Lone Ranger TV show. I wondered why at the end of the show, people asked, "Who was that masked man?" I knew, so why didn't they? Well today, you may not know me face-to-face, but like the Lone Ranger and Tonto fought to bring justice to the west; I'm fighting to help my clients earn financial freedom and security in the realm of real estate.

You might also see another moniker I use, the 1% Real Estate Bandit. I use it because I often help sellers and buyers for only 1% for my commission side and work out the cooperating agent commission with your input. I feel dropping my commission to 1% from the typical 3% helps clients net more money at closing. Using me as your full-service agent can put up to $6,000-$8,000 or more in your pocket when buying or selling your home.
