Matthew Stebbins brings his experience as a long-time Realtor as well as a Retired Firefighter with a vast knowledge of building construction. Matthew is also a Real Estate Investor who had bought his first home of many starting at 20 years old. After buying his first home, he became a Realtor in 2007 when he realized his passion for Real Estate. Prior to joining Dalton Wade, he worked for other Top Real Estate Companies as well as was a Professional Firefighter with Seminole County for 15 years. As a Firefighter, he learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all his patients as well as clients. As your real estate agent, Matthew will be an advocate for you! Whether you are buying or selling, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, he will work with you to get you the highest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, and using his superior marketing materials. Matthew thinks outside of the box in order to market the most effective way to find prequalified buyers. Matthew puts all of his sales and marketing skills together to close a deal! Matthew understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as easy and pleasurable as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication, education and by being accessible whenever you need him. Matthew has been an area resident since 2008 and earned his degree in Business Management at UCF in Orlando. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Brevard County.
