Shawn Perkins is a native Dallas site. She was born and raised in the local area and knows the market well! She has a background in the technology field, has an undergrad degree in business, and has also earned a Mastes of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Shawn brings experience, efficiency, innovation and the proper perspective to bear when working with her real estate clients. She is also a Broker associate, and has just under 30 years experience in real estate sales and client representation. Shawn has consistently ranked in the top tier of her broker affiliate partnerships. She loves selling residential real estate as she enjoys guiding men, women, and families in making one of the most critical financial decisions of their lives, and helping them to realize the dream of homeownership. She also enjoys the adventure and ingenuity that business ownership demands, and is most appreciative of the opportunities that she has been afforded to be present during critical times of her children and grandchildren's lives'. Shawn is single, is an active member at her church and enjoys working out, reading, and good music. She also has two kitty babies, Nila and Tux.
