Steve Carlson began his real estate career in 2005 after purchasing, renovating, and holding homes as rental properties. After his third acquisition, he recognized that his ability to identify value, evaluate opportunities, and understand the market gave him a strong advantage, and he decided to become a licensed real estate professional.

A former Marine officer and disabled veteran, Steve brings discipline, integrity, and a strong commitment to service to every client relationship. Over the years, he has successfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of transactions, including residential homes in all price ranges, luxury properties, commercial leases, and commercial building sales.

Steve’s background as both an investor and an agent gives him a practical, results-driven perspective that sets him apart.
