Thomas was born and raised in lower Michigan but the freezing winters soon drove him even further south.
In 2008 he found a new home in the Tampa Bay area and quickly adjusted to its balmy breezes. After spending several years working successfully in the IT industry, Thomas realized that his true passion was in real estate, both in buying/selling and renovating.
He and his wife had just finished renovating their recently acquired 100 year old bungalow in Old Northeast, St. Petersburg, and he found that being involved in every step of the home ownership process was truly invigorating and revitalizing.
He quickly shed his 9-5 job for a dynamic career as a real estate agent. He retained, however, his attention to detail and familiarity with rapidly changing complex systems.
He looks forward to sharing with you his experience and knowledge of the ever evolving real estate market. He is eager to help you and your family in your own personal journey from your current residence to the home and life of your dreams.
