Cheryl grew up in Oklahoma and Texas and came to Florida by way of Wisconsin (her husband Russell’s home state) where she was a real estate Broker for 30 years.\
After several years of visiting Florida in January and February to escape the wretchedly cold, dark, months long winters, Cheryl and her husband decided to sell the farm (literally), buy five acres of Island Paradise, and move to the Nature Coast. We chose sand over snow and I am so happy we did!!!
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help clients through every step of the buying or selling process. Her ability to articulate market trends adds transparency to the real estate valuation process, and she likes to remind her clients that the goal of every negotiation is to win.
When not selling real estate, she can be found enjoying the sunshine, palm trees, kayaking, gardening, watching the manatees and pelicans, hanging out with her husband, or taking their dog for a golf cart ride around the property.
