Hi, I’m Jill Hagist. It’s nice to meet you. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, as an experienced Florida licensed realtor, I would be delighted to guide you down the path that’s going to help you achieve your real estate goals. This includes helping to locate professional services and coordinating staging, moving and/or estate sales. I'm passionate about the industry and the diversity of people and properties that it attracts. My approach to real estate is all about serving you and you loving the deal.

Originally from Chicago, I was raised in this industry with my father being a builder and my mom being a broker. I love Florida, for our family came here every winter while we were growing up. Prior to real estate my background includes 15 years in higher education.

I offer reduced fees AND full service coupled with relationship, marketing, communication, negotiation, and research skills. I donate 10% of all closed sales to 501(c)(3) organizations. If you have a particular organization that you would like me to donate to, on your behalf, please provide details at closing.
