Kris returned to the Tampa Bay area last year attracted to the renewed vibrance of one of the best areas to live, play and work!
Born in Vermont and growing up in the Tampa Bay area, she has been an overachiever in the spa, veterinary and cruise line industries for over 20 years. All of which has equipped her with an extensive experience in customer service and performing above and beyond expectations.
Because she practices what she preaches, she would be a great source of firsthand knowledge for foodies, outdoor lovers, best dog beaches as well as the enthusiast for cultural diversity of our museums and arts as well as activities along the waterways.
She has personally bought and sold several homes and enjoys brilliant renovations and “getting her hands dirty” in any DIY project. This has afforded her, the sensitivity towards her client’s journey in discovering their homes, investments and vacation properties.
Though Kris is very educated, she recognizes that she has not done it alone and continues to surround herself with excellence by choosing to work with the Dalton Wade Team. Her partners have a great reputation for finding the right homes of personal as well as monetary value.
