Born and raised in Connecticut, Debbie moved to Sarasota after completing her post-graduate education and acquiring her CPA license. Having worked for a developer in Connecticut, her interest in construction and real estate was rekindled in Florida while working for a company developing retirement communities.
Debbie, somewhat inadvertently, became a member of a condominium association and shortly thereafter acquired her CAM (community association manager) license to better understand community living and the financial and legal obligations of both the board-directed associations and the individual owner-members.
She completed the real estate broker requirements as a natural progression in further educating herself about the business of real estate and in an effort to better inform and serve her clients.
Debbie has been a resident of Manatee County for over 20 years and is most familiar with West and NW Bradenton and the barrier islands.
