Rachel Mayes is a second generation Pinellas County Native and grew up in a large family of 11. She has spent her life exploring all the different demographics Florida’s beautiful cities have to offer. After graduating from SPC in a field of Criminal justice she became one of the 20,000 members of AmeriCorps which was designed to bring emergency care to areas that suffered from natural disasters, revitalizing inner-city neighborhoods, building homes for working families and restoring our countries natural resources. Committed to getting things done on a local level and to learn from people of all different backgrounds. Her work with local communities such as Habitat for Humanity, CASA, and Survivors of Stalking really made her realize the importance and passion she had for helping people.

This was one of the driving forces for Rachel to get into the ever changing world of Real Estate. She has owned and operated her own Property Preservation company and became Licensed not only as a Real Estate Agent but a Mortgage Loan Originator and has spent the past several years developing her skills and knowledge of the many different facets of the real estate and mortgage industries into one Seamless Transaction. Having a “One Stop Shop” in a sense brings you the comfort of knowing you are in the best capable hands always making herself available 7 days a week and after hours to educate and ease the sometimes overwhelming stress any of these transactions can bring.
