Hello, I am David Cawthon.
I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and attained my Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology shortly after graduating high school.
Part of my adult life was spent moving between Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi while working in the automotive industry. For many years I worked as an automotive technician before becoming a service writer and then later a warranty administrator.
Growing tired of the automotive industry and not long after getting a divorce, I decided to finish a four year degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing. Then realizing Mississippi no longer had anything to offer me, I moved back to the Tampa Bay area where I could be closer to family.
More recently I decided to renew an interest that I originally started in my early 20’s, real estate.
This is why I am excited about joining Dalton Wade Realty, located in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Dalton Wade Realty is known for being professional, and knowledgable about the real estate market here in the Tampa Bay area.
