Real Estate has been a major part of my life. Both my mom and dad had multiple rental properties, and I grew up in a “property management family”. After college, I worked exclusively for real estate industry clients at a CPA firm that later merged into Ernst and Young. While there, I developed skills ranging from forensic auditing to assisting on Securities & Exchange Commission related projects for a multi-billion dollar Real Estate Invest Trust.
Later, I started my own commercial property management firm where I leased and managed office-industrial facilities totaling 330,000 sq. ft., handling leasing and tenant finish supervision for American Automobile Association (AAA), Sherwin Williams, Certified Folder Display, and Mars M&M Corporation, among others. I consulted on a multi-billion dollar asset divestiture plan for a major insurance company. I also developed a 30 lot subdivision, where I coordinated the civil engineering, government approvals, creating the HOA; and finally, negotiated all home site sales and closings.
After a set-back from a major car accident, I have moved forward with a humbled outlook and now take time to appreciate each day as a gift to cherish and to learn. When I can find time, I love to play piano, and enjoy long hikes, and adventure travel. I also love the process of creating new products, and have received four (4) United States patents for my inventions over the years.
For the past few years, I have focused my attention on individual home sales, and managing rentals. I appreciate the connection and experience of helping families find not just a place to live, but a home to love. I look forward to making the process of finding your new home or selling your existing home as hassle-free as possible.
