For the past six years, she has been helping people find or sell their residences using the best marketing and technology tools to finalize any deal. Her clientele spans from first-time homebuyers and investors to relocating internationals and customers from around the country. Lydia knows that creating a home is not just about buying property. It’s about finding the right house in the right place at the right time...and doing it the right way. Honesty, transparency, and work ethics are at the heart of Lydia’s practice. With more than twenty years of experience in customer service, management, marketing, tourism, hospitality, and sales, Lydia lived in France as well as the French Caribbean Islands and Oxford, England, before emigrating to the United States and settling in Florida with her family. Her traveling has given her a keen appreciation of the joys of meeting people from different cultures as well as the challenges of adapting to different places. It has also built within her a passion for architecture and design.
For Lydia, Florida has been not only the perfect place to make her home but also perfect for doing real estate. As a native French and Creole speaker (in addition to being fluent in English), going into real estate here was an organic move that has given her the opportunity to help domestic and international clients find their own Sunshine State dream homes. She earned her real estate license and, because of her international experience, she also acquired the designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) – which provides her with a global network of resources. In addition, she is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®).
In her spare time, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to admire the past and present architecture of the world. Music, dancing, fitness, hiking and discovering new cultures and flavors are among her passions. She has also served as a board member in her community and volunteers her time to worthy causes.
