RAY CONRAD:
Ray and his wife and real estate partner Glenda Wolfe relocated to Bradenton Florida from Connecticut in 2004.
Ray enjoyed a successful 20+ year career in the financial/mortgage and real estate industries serving as Vice President for PaineWebber and Commonwealth Federal Savings & Loan. He was also an instructor of Real Estate Continuing Education for the Metropolitan Real Estate School in Greenwich, CT. Ray and Glenda were also real estate investors while residing in Connecticut. Ray decided to continue his love of the Real Estate industry as a Realtor serving the Tampa Bay area with primary focus in Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
GLENDA WOLFE:
Glenda is a native of St. Louis, MO. She and her husband and real estate partner Ray Conrad relocated to Bradenton Florida from Connecticut in 2004.
Glenda’s 40+ year career includes a variety of sales, advertising and marketing management positions in B2B, eCommerce, CRM software, business process re-engineering, project management, and most recently in human resources management. Experienced in, manufacturing, international communications and distribution channels, Glenda held positions for various companies as VP Marketing, Director CRM Business Relationship Consulting to Fortune 500 companies, and most recently as HR Director for the Americas for a global engineering and construction firm headquartered in Germany. Glenda earned her real estate license in Florida in 2013 and since retiring from her corporate position in June 2018 now focuses 100% on working with residential real estate clients in the Tampa Bay area.
