Mellisa “Lisa” Matheny brings her experience as a Law Enforcement Officer for the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, in the Central Florida area. Prior to joining Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, she was a Deputy Sheriff whom focused on advocating for the community members needing asssitance when often times they didn’t feel as if they had a voice of their own. Lisa took pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone she came in contact with, and from all walks of life.

Lisa was born and raised in the Central Florida area and has earned her degree in Criminology with an emphasis on Leadership from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Central Florida, specifically the Polk County and eastern Hillsborough County area.
When not assisting clients, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their family, entertaining their friends, and traveling throughout the world seeking new adventures.
