Rob and Laura Demarest are a husband and wife team who live and work in Mid-Pinellas County. They founded the APEX Home Team, with ‘Agents Practicing Excellence’ as their goal. They average over 25 transactions a year and have recently expanded their team with an additional agent to help maintain excellent service to their clients.

Laura is a native Floridian, and has lived in Pinellas most of her life. She worked at Tech Data for several years, before taking on the important role of ‘stay at home Mom; for their 5 kids. Rob has spent most of his life in Pinellas as well. He worked in Sales and Marketing roles with IT companies for 20+ years before making the move to Real Estate. In addition to their 5 kids, they are very involved in Foster Care and are very active in their Church.
