I have been licensed since the 1990s, when I was told I couldn’t qualify for what I wanted in a home mortgage. I went to work myself to find out why and more importantly HOW. I went to the Gold Coast School of Real Estate, became a licensed realtor, went on to buy exactly what I wanted, and have been assisting home buyers and sellers ever since. I first assisted many first time home buyers in the West Palm Beach area, helping educate and prepare each for that first major purchase. Through the late 90’s and 2000s, I have worked several home renovations and flips, a few of which became rental income properties. With the boom in 2004, we decided to sell everything on the east coast and head to Tampa Bay. My clients have trust in me and come back to me when they are ready to sell. Even those that are far away, still contact me for advice, because I care.
I am originally from upstate NY, and lived on Cape Cod in the 1980’s.
