I consider myself a "Relocation Specialist." Originally from Miami, I grew up on the water and have lived in Cozumel, Italy ,New York and now the beaches of South West Florida. It
gives me great satisfaction to help people achieve their goals and exceed
their expectations in the process. My niche market is relocation, second
homes, vacation homes that generate income and investment portfolios that
generate passive income. In addition to my 17+ years of real estate
experience, I earned a bachelor's degree in Art History from USF. and after
college I worked as a cruise director for Carnival Cruise lines which led
me to buying and flipping property in Cozumel Mexico. I speak several
languages and have invented several household products as well. I worked
for Bear Stearns in NYC selling and buying REITS for 8 years before moving
back to Florida. My background in business finance, negotiation skills and
a huge bubbly personality combine to make me the perfect choice to help you
reach all of your Real Estate goals. I am tech savvy, a marketing expert
and take countless hours of continuing education courses every year to stay
on top of the fast-aced and ever-changing real estate market, Its the
