After I graduated from high school and two years of college I entered the US Navy for two and a half years, stationed on the USS Edenton ATS1.

I served as an Electronics Technician 3rd Class Petty Officer. After my tour in the Navy I returned to college at Columbus College (Now Columbus State University) in Columbus, Georgia. I graduated with a BS Degree in Business in 1974.

After graduation I moved to Atlanta and took a job with State Department of Transportation in accounting. Met and married Sandy in 1975. About a year later I took a position with the Criminal Justice Council (Public Defenders) as a the Assistant Administrator/Training Officer. Left CJC after 2 years to take Fiscal Officer (Accountant) position with the Administrative Office of the Courts/Judicial Council of Georgia. Served as Fiscal Officer for about 15 years then took position of Operations Manager, computerizing the state office and court systems through out the State of Georgia also served as Technical Advisor to the Courts Automation Commission.
During this time around 2003 I obtained my Real Estate license. Retired from the State of Georgia around 2004 and began selling Real Estate in Florida. I also obtained a State of Florida, CAM license and have served as CAM Manager for numerous condos and one large real estate development on the west end of Panama City Beach consisting of 4 condos and hundreds of single detached homes.

In addition to fishing with my sons and grandsons, I also like to umpire baseball and softball and referee basketball for some of the leagues and tournaments locally.

I have lived in Panama City Beach since 1999. My wife and I have two sons and one daughter and two to the greatest grandsons in the world.
