Shirley Rosario was born in Manhattan, NY, and raised in Ecuador. She moved back to the United States when she was 18 years old. Shirley attained her Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies and Community Leadership. She has been an active member of her real community for more than 16 years now, and she is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.
