Shandra Holbrook was cheerfully raised by a second generation moving company family in central Indiana, and she spent her high school years in Columbus, Ohio. From her time at a small title company to her first home purchase in Indianapolis, Shandra has always had a passion for homes. During her award winning career in elementary education, Shandra served families and gained unparalleled experience working with communities in Indianapolis, Winter Park, FL, Louisville, KY, and our slice of paradise in Bradenton. Throughout all her stops, Shandra has been known for her cheerful presence, compassion, and kindness. She has learned the importance of communication, organization, active listening, and patience. Shandra’s experience with customer service will help her get to know you, your family, and your Real Estate needs. Shandra boasts several awards including top rookie sales agent in 2019, top 20% producer in 2020, and top monthly sales as an individual in January of ‘21.
Shandra graduated from Anderson University (IN), with a degree in Elementary Education, and entered the Real Estate world to serve people in a different way. Her top priority is to provide a cheerful buying or selling experience with her clients by listening to their needs, helping them understand the area, and educating them about the process of Real Estate.
Shandra is married and lives in Bradenton, Florida with her husband, son and daughter. She spends most of her free time with her family at the beach or on the boat. You will also find her cheering on her son at a football game, or her daughter at a track meet. Shandra enjoys life and all it has to offer.
