Carolyn’s extensive knowledge and experience in education provides her a unique view of real estate market trends that she shares with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires. A longtime resident of Tampa, FL, Carolyn sells residential properties in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, and the surrounding areas. Carolyn has earned designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and also as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), which means she thoroughly understands the market and can effectively represent sellers and buyers. Carolyn also works with investors, seniors, commercial clients, and short sales/foreclosures. She has obtained her Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, so she will negotiate the best deal for her clients.
Carolyn is a member of the Pinellas REALTORS® Organization (PRO), the Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie REALTORS® (RAPB), the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), in addition to the My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Services (MLS). Carolyn is also a dedicated and devoted member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., having served for over 30 years. Carolyn feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS® should be involved in their community as well. She has served her community in many capacities from mentoring high school aged girls to volunteering at Hope Lodge, Metropolitan Ministries, and Feeding Tampa Bay.
Carolyn takes a great deal of pride in showing off the area she knows and loves.
