A Florida native with twenty-five years as a Tampa Bay resident and fifteen years as an educator and a successful business owner in Hillsborough County, Paul recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and strives to exceed their expectations.

As a third generation real estate investor, Paul understands the needs, concerns and goals of both home buyers and home sellers. These life experiences have instilled in him the discipline it takes to build a powerful real estate team in Florida with his wife, Vivian Resnick.

Some unique facts about Paul. He was born July 4th in Miami , FL and has lived all over Florida. He graduated from St. Augustine H.S. and from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Communications in 1988. He enjoys traveling, weight lifting and bicycling.

Paul currently resides in Temple Terrace with his wife, Vivian.
