Julie's career in real estate began with her love of home renovation, design/decor, marketing, and negotiation. Having bought and sold many homes in the St. Petersburg area, she has an extensive 30 year knowledge of the local real estate market.

Julie spent many years in the advertising industry from NY to Chicago to Tampa. Her success as a broadcast negotiator combined with her real estate expertise bring a high level of professional skills to both buyers and sellers.

Married and the mother of two adult sons, Julie is a fitness enthusiast and loves boating, biking and reading. She is a past president and treasurer of her sorority alumni chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma, as well as a member of the St Petersburg Panhellenic Association. Julie is also a volunteer with Pinellas County Animal Services and Meals on Wheels.
