Joyce grew up in South Florida when there were still cows roaming. When she married her husband in 1995, they moved to the Tampa Bay area, and her real estate adventure began. She has traveled over most of Florida and together with her husband, owned a Real Estate Appraisal business for over 20 years. She’s owned 11 homes, done extensive renovations, designed and built her own home, owned several waterfront properties and a farm!
