Jason Litt has always had a passion for real estate, so when he was ready for a career change four years ago, he took the plunge. “I went full force,” Jason says. “I started doing well, building my business, and I just fell in love with it.”

Now a team leader at Rausch Real Estate Group in Boca Raton, Florida, Jason has built a thriving business and a stellar reputation. Though it is not too often that Jason is not working, in his limited free time he loves to explore the local area and try new restaurants with his fiancé. Jason also prioritizes spending time with family and friends.

With plans for continued growth, Jason is excited about the future. He hopes to start his own title company, which would allow him to provide in-house titling services for his clients. “Anything I can do to help my clients, I want to do it,” Jason says. “Anything that makes the process easier for them, less stressful and more seamless, that’s my priority.”
