Stacy Gervais is passionate about real estate. She always knew that she wanted to chart a life path helping others. She found her true calling in real estate, and sees fulfillment in each and every client when they close on a home and attain their own dream. Stacy is committed to serving her clients through every step of their real estate transaction, in either selling or purchasing a home. As a certified Seller Representative Specialist, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and a National Association of Realtors "Green Designee” , she is well qualified and equipped to provide her clients with knowledgeable, professional service. Stacy feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network. She loves the small town life and works to support the community spirit by sharing her local knowledge.

In her spare time Stacy enjoys live music, cooking, attending Tampa Bay Lightning games, and relaxing at home with her husband Richard, son Carter, and their dog Tiger.
