Danielle moved to Florida (by way of Ohio and Atlanta) in 2001. In 2001, her husband's Mark, company transferred them from Atlanta to Miami. Then again in 2002 to St Petersburg, Florida and they eventually bought their first home in 2004 in New Port Richey. They had a feeling the moving wasn’t done but after the birth of their twins boys in 2006 made the decision to pack up and start over. After a brief 6m stay in Ohio off to Charlotte they went, then Charleston and back to Florida where they have lived with their sons for the last 11 years. In 2016, Danielle realized she had invaluable experience ,having moved 10x in 10years, so she achieved her Real Estate License.
After all of the moving and raising now 16yr old twin boys, Danielle has a unique skill set that she prides herself on with every client. She’s a mom. She understands when things change or come up, and is quick to shift gears and adapt. One of her favorite sayings “try negotiating with me, I have twins, I’ve mastered it”. Danielle believes family comes first and to her that means your family and your needs when finding or selling a home come first. She wants every client to feel like they are the only client because she has been there and she know that to you, you are the only client. In 2020, a lot of things changed for a lot of people. For Danielle, that meant more time for family, but it was also her best year in real estate. “I got to see what really mattered to people. What they want, and need”. It changes your perspective.
