I have been living in our beautiful Sunshine State Florida for 20 years. Me and my husband (Mark Richman) proudly own a house and an investment property in the amazing city of Sarasota. We have two lovely girls Wendy (35) and Madison (26). I enjoy outdoors, running, working out, cooking, savoring great red wines and admire breathtaking sunsets and sunrises that Florida offers. I was born in Managua, Nicaragua and I am fluent in Spanish as well.
