I got into this business because it allows me to do what I love most — make a difference, get involved in the community and its people. I enjoy highly productive, healthy and fun working relationships with my clients, and genuinely care about their success and satisfaction with a job well done.
Negotiations. Being able to fight on behalf of my clients is a skill I’ve honed throughout my career. And because I keep my finger on the pulse of my markets, my clients rest assured that they will pay a fair price for the home of their dreams.
Establishing a fair market price. Pricing will make or break the successful sale of your home. Asking too much can create issues with appraisals and value perception with potential buyers. Asking too little can be a costly mistake. I strike a balance between all factors affecting the pricing of my client’s homes to ensure they sell within a reasonable time frame, and at a fair market price.
Follow through. My clients are my top priority. I do what I say I’m going to do. I pick up the phone when you call, and promptly answer your emails.
