Jim Kelly, a native of Sarasota and a U.S. Air Force veteran, is a licensed Realtor with Dalton Wade, a Saint Petersburg, FL based real estate company. Jim’s vast knowledge of customer service was honed in the service industry for more than 25 years. In those 25 plus years, Jim followed one “Golden Rule” of the hospitality industry and that is to “Walk the path of the customer”. Jim’s focus is to ensure that the clients’ needs are met and then to exceed their expectations throughout the entire process; be it a first-time home buyer, empty nesters looking to downsize, or a seasoned investor adding to their portfolio.
Jim is a devoted husband, father of two girls, and an athlete by nature. These days Jim enjoys watching more sports than participating, but you never know when a good game of corn hole can start. Staying active and enjoying life with his family to the fullest is a key to his happiness.
