Having a vision for what was coming down the road in the future of real estate; Mary has helped her clients make wise decisions with their own properties. Recently, one of her clients was was able to double her $180k investment within only 2 years of purchase. The place was purchased with a resale in mind, and when it was the right time, bam - the seller walked away with a very nice profit. She then was able to make another purchase with the profits.

Personally, she took her own commercial property profits and turned that into a successful residential rental and that property gained a 50% increase in value within 1 year.

This perfectly sums up the kind of agent Mary is, and the type of agent she continuously strives to be for her clients. Mary was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did, she worked hard.

Mary was raised in NYC with 2 siblings. As a child, Mary had aspirations of being a musician. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.

As the years went by, Mary worked her way from music, to electronics technology, to becoming a licensed natural health doctor, and then to real estate; never wavering in her resolve to become the best version herself with each career move.

As a child, she watched her parents make wise real estate investments, and turn a blue-collar worker salary into a very comfortable life-style and retirement. Mary started investing in real estate 30 years ago when she realized she had the ability to purchase a home without much money down. She set out to share her success with others, and did this for decades while also working as a natural health doctor. Realizing that your home can either make or break a personal health and wellness plan, she decided to add real estate to her skill set, and became a FL Licensed Realtor.

As her career advanced, Mary found her stride working with baby boomers in downsizing their family home and relocating to more appropriate housing for an active senior's lifestyle. So, she became Certified as a Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Mary lives in Safety Harbor, FL with her husband Jerry, German Shepard Sarge, and cat Binks. In her free time, she enjoys her adult children and

9 grandchildren, song-writing with her ministry band 7Fold (www.7Fold.band) and volunteers at her church and local nursing home.
