A first generation American with immigrant family/parents that hailed from from Budapest Hungary, Steve has lived around the country including IL, AZ, NY and for the last 20+ years, in Broward County, Florida. After graduating from Temple U and Cornell U, Steve worked in Information Technology as a Business Analyst for 18 years when he started in Real Estate ten years ago, mainly focusing on alternative investments such as Tax Lien Certificates, Residential Land Parcels and similar investments that continue today and that experience can be used in creative ways to help clients buy/sell their home.
When not engaged in business, Steve enjoys rock music as a drummer for many years and sports as well as spending time with his teen twin boys. He applies much of his business "Acumen" related to IT and process improvement in the Real Estate industry. Steve is also always willing to help others and values being a team player over everything else. He does everything he can to help his clients and fellow agents. Steve has extensive "local knowledge" of south Broward County in general, including Cooper City, Davie, Weston and Pembroke Pines.
