As a licensed broker associate, Chris Ailes has practiced real estate in several markets throughout the US and as a TV producer on the popular HGTV network, he helped families find their dream homes abroad. This unique blend of experience and knowledge has instilled in him a diverse insight and appreciation of many cultures and lifestyles.

Chris holds a degree from Emerson College in Boston and spent several years living and working in Hollywood for major movie studios and television networks. In 2003, he became licensed in real estate in Austin, Texas working primarily with investors of multi-family properties.

Specializing in luxury and waterfront homes, Chris provides his clients with an elite level of service and precise attention to detail. He upholds a strong set of ethics and transparency with his clients every step of the way.

Chris is a member of the Venice Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, watching basketball and spending time outdoors.
