Arwen Puteri is originally from Germany but she has also spent a significant amount of time in France, as her father is German and her mother French. She received her PhD in history at USF in Tampa and taught History and German Studies there for 10 years. During graduate school, she started buying, selling, and renting real estate as an owner. First this was out of necessity to pay for tuition, but she soon started to enjoy working in real estate more than in academia. She is now happy to assist others in buying beautiful homes or helping investors find lucrative deals in real estate. Arwen has been living in Tampa Bay for 14 years and she can’t think of a better place to live and work.
