My name is Deanna Stinsman, a professional licensed real estate agent since 2013. I was born in Philadelphia, PA where I grew up in the suburbs, met my husband, and together, we decided to go on adventure. We threw a dart at the map to see where life would take us and we landed in the hot, dry heat desert of Phoenix, AZ. This was the place we called home for 5 years, bought and sold our first home, and had our first-born child. We loved it, but it was too far from the east coast and our friends & family.
So we ventured back east, experimented in the Carolinas for 9 months, then ultimately decided on the SUNSHINE STATE in ’04. Bought our second home in the Bubble of ’05, and had our second kid in ’06. I was lucky enough to be a Stay-at-home-mom until I wasn’t. My luck ran out due to the economy Burst. Yep, you guessed it… We lost our home by way of a short sale and that, my friends, is the story on how I got started in the Real Estate industry.
On second thought, maybe I didn’t choose Real Estate, it chose me. Well, I consider myself fortunate to have had all the experience I’ve been through, and I can help others with hard-knocks knowledge, passion and compassion, all with integrity.
I continually take Continuing Education courses throughout the year and gain specialties, but I don’t always feel the need for certifications behind my name because I prefer the human experience without all the interference and accolades. I work together with you, helping you meet the goals of your real estate transaction.
