Having lived in Sarasota since 2012, I've watched the area rapidly grow. I continually tour new construction sites, communities, restaurants, and scenic attractions. I love seeking hidden gems and we have plenty of them. Sarasota is truly a coastal piece of paradise with some of the finest beaches, bayfronts, dining, shopping, and over 120 parks and trails to venture to.

As a Realtor, I understand selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is a lot at stake financially and personally. This perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients drives me to truly be an expert at my job. This is where I would partner with you as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager. I pay attention to the details and believe in honesty, commitment, and clear communication.
