With 35 years experience in high touch customer service including real estate, sales, and graphic design business ownership, I offer a unique creative approach to exceeding expectations and delivering the 'win' for my clients thus, earning your trust. My passion to truly building a relationship that lasts the tests of time is what keeps me engaged in real estate. I love my client/friends and they know it!!

Although I was born and raised in San Diego, my love of real estate for over a decade, began in Salt Lake City, Utah where I was among the few top producers in the area. After my children were grown, my adventurous side found me and my husband, Thomas in the jungles of Dominical, Costa Rica for a year where we built a home and now rent it out for vacationers. Then, after visiting our piece of paradise here several times, I found the wonderful people of Florida, as well as the need of being close to the water, is what then brought me here to St Petersburg/Tampa area and brings all of life's experiences with me where I now focus on the local real estate market.

Outside of real estate you will find me on the pickleball and tennis courts, out boating on the Gulf, and performing with my band, Sapphire, at local venues as lead singer.
