A long-time Tampa resident and graduate of Sickles High School, Falgoon earned his Bachelor's in Marketing Management and Master's in Data Analytics while working locally as a Field Marketing Rep for Sony Electronics and later as Director of Business Development for KHP Homes. The invaluable knowledge and experience Falgoon has, uniquely position him to support both sellers and buyers in maximizing value through expert negotiation, a smart work ethic, and a deep understanding of submarket trends across Tampa Bay.
