Hi, my name is Sandra Kathleen Richardson (Kathy)
I am a California native but grew up in Washington state. I moved with my husband and our two youngest children to Pensacola in 2014 and we are now in Homosassa.

I recently retired from a long career as a respiratory therapist, where patient care and patient and family advocacy were always my top priority. Although I am somewhat sad to leave that career behind, I am ready for a change that allows me to work independently for myself.

I am passionate about real estate and my own experiences with our personal real estate agents over the years have inspired me to do the same for others.
I am excited to bring the same level of professionalism, dedication and advocacy to my real estate career as I brought to my medical career. I look forward to utilizing my skills to enhance the buying/selling experience for my clients and making the entire process as stress free as possible. I will handle the stressful parts and guide you through the entire process, negotiating on your behalf, the best terms possible.
