I came into real estate in the early 1990’s with interest in purchasing my own house. No One explained why I only qualified for ½ the mortgage that I wanted. So I set out to learn why. I became licensed and I was able to purchase that home with some tweaking of finances. I became passionate to help other people just like me.
During the last 18 years I have lived on Tampa Bay and love my little slice of paradise in Apollo Beach. I am still just as passionate about helping people find that just right home or sell their treasured home. I am loyal and dedicated and enjoy seeing people through the details each step of the way. I attend the inspections and help prepare both buyers and sellers of next steps for moving forward with as little stress as possible. I love the moment of closing and the joy expressed in a house to make a unique home of their own. Each one is special. I have seen a few families through multiple purchases and sales as I still believe the best way to buy and sell real estate is with a trusted professional that is interested in knowing you and your needs and interests and all the things that go into the decision for the right home. I have lots of experience because I have also worked on investing, rehabbing, 1031 exchanges, rentals, vacation rental management and more.
During my early years I met and investor that I worked for selling his rehabbed resales and eventually jumped in buying my first investment property around 1997. I loved working on the properties as much as possible myself and did a few properties a year until 2006 slow down. I found it to be satisfying to find what didn’t look like much and polish it into a gem. In 2006 we made a decision to enter the vacation rental market and managed a few waterfront rentals with weekly turnover But meanwhile, I still enjoyed helping others with finding that just right home to live in as well.
