Thomas Hawksley
Thomas became one of the youngest real estate agents in the country when he obtained his Sales Agent license just days after his 18th birthday. He then achieved the same status when becoming a full broker 2 years later. While managing a large brokerage firm with multiple offices, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Ph.D. in Finance. His 400+ page Doctoral Dissertation was titled “The Economic Consequences of Buyer’s Brokers in the Residential Real Estate Market”. This in depth study and analysis has been used by both industry and government ever since.
After meeting on a mission trip to the Philippines and eventually marrying, both Thomas and his wife Danielin (who is currently acting as Tom's assistant) have spent the better part of the last 20 years buying and selling real estate for their own portfolio, mostly in Windermere, Winter Garden and Clermont. Their focus has been on new community developments and as a result of their extensive history have developed many significant relationships with various builders such as Dream Finders, Meritage Homes and Pulte. There are very few agents who have acquired the knowledge base that this couple have.
As a Christian and a Pastor, Thomas makes it a point to treat all his customers with dignity and respect. As Valedictorian of her Bible College and a history of owning/managing a successful Media Company with over 30 employees, Danielin brings the ability to listen carefully to client’s needs, do the research that is necessary to identify possible solutions and to explain various concepts related to meeting those needs in an easy to understand manner.
Over the years, this couple been actively involved in Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. They recently purchased, subdivided and sold a large piece of commercial property. That accomplishment has propelled them to the proverbial “next level”. Instead of focusing on themselves, they have instead chosen to pass on their knowledge, skills and abilities to others.
