Chad Suarez is a Realtor with Dalton Real Estate Group in Florida and was born in Slidell, Louisiana, He has been selling homes in Florida since 1996 and started in Ocala but eventually moved to Sarasota where he has been selling homes ever since. He has sold properties priced from the low 100's up to the multimillion dollar range.
Also he has done everything from new construction, starting with the permitting phase to the C.O., as well as investment properties and forever homes. Chad has sold homes from the Panhandle to the south coast of Florida and when he is not searching for real estate he spends time golfing, fishing, playing bocce golf and enjoying the beautiful beaches of Sarasota with family and friends.
