Johanna Arce

Hello, my name is Johanna. I was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and relocated to South Florida when I was 7. You could say I am a native Floridian. I am blessed to be married with two beautiful children. Family is everything to me and they are the motor that gets me going. In 2004, I started my career in the legal field working for a boutique law firm that specializes in real estate transactions- a place where I learned a great deal about title and therefore, my interest in real estate began to grow. I graduated from Florida International University in 2006 and became a Certified Paralegal through their Legal Studies Institute. Although my goal was to eventually become a Real Estate Closer, my attention drew towards Litigation. I have over 9 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, however, my passion for Real Estate did not fade. I became a Licensed Real Estate agent in 2015 with the clear objective of helping buyers find their dream home and helping sellers sell their home. As I've helped both sides achieve their goals, I have been able to obtain a sense of satisfaction and joy. I've learned throughout the process, not only through Real Estate transactions, but helping others in general that compassion, teamwork, drive and customer service is key towards being successful. I am excited to continue to pursue Real Estate and feel that this was one of the best decisions I've ever made. As a Realtor, with training and mentorship, I am able to utilize my knowledge and experience to help others and continue to learn and grow while I assist you with your real estate needs.
