Tony J. Scott is a real estate, financial and insurance sales and service professional with more than 30 years of business experience in diverse settings. With a profile that combines in-depth knowledge and training in products and services with proven sales skills, he offers an exemplary record of client relationship management and business growth.

In 2013 Tony joined operations at SunTrust Bank in Orlando, Florida in the role of sales representative. Tasked with building business, he capably and independently managed client contacts, using active listening and analytical skills to mine requirements and desires from both new prospects and existing customers. Services he provided included a range of products such as mortgages, investments, trusts, merchant services, and personal and private banking services.

In previous positions with American Express Financial Advisors, Wachovia Bank, and Premier Mortgage Funding, he was consistently recognized for his relationship building skills and the ability to create highly targeted proposals. He based his recommendations on individual needs and desires, while carefully accounting for individual risk tolerance levels. During this period he completed corporate training programs that grew his knowledge and understanding of financial products and services as well as sales and customer management.

To further enhance his expertise, Tony sought and achieved acceptance into the highly competitive DeVos Sport Business Management Program in the College of Business Graduate School at the University of Central Florida. He completed dual degrees, earning both an MBA and a Master in Sport Business Management (MSBM) Degree. These programs built on his existing skills while offering rigorous advanced training. These specialized curricula focused closely on leadership, ethics, diversity, and community involvement. In short, they captured and expanded on many of Tony’s previously identified interests, traits, and successes.

Earlier Tony had completed a BSBA degree in Finance at the University of Central Florida.

Growing up in a military family gave Tony the broad outlook and global perspective from several relocations that included a two year period living off-base in Germany among the local population. He joined the United States Army immediately after high school and served for six years in locations that included Oahu, Hawaii, where he was stationed with the storied 25th Infantry Division.
