Phil Wade is a seasoned professional in the Real Estate industry, with approximately 500 residential real estate transactions closed. His passion for the industry led him in 2015 to found Dalton Wade Real Estate Group with the goal of mentoring and developing agents, with a keen focus on always offering the best possible service experience to his teammates.

Phil brings a unique set of skills that benefits his teammates in their professional growth and development. In addition to his Real Estate experience he has been a CEO at both public and private companies. He founded and was CEO of Geerlings & Wade, Inc. the country’s premiere direct marketer of wines. He grew Geerlings & Wade from startup to over $35 million in sales.

Phil was CEO of a turnaround situation and has worked in a venture-backed business, has worked as an investment banker and started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He brings a depth of knowledge that encompasses C-Level positions, sales & marketing, operations, finance and consulting. Phil is a graduate of Northeastern University with a concentration in Business.
