Bob’s entrance into real estate began in Pennsylvania at the age of 14 when he joined his broker grandfather of Meinzer Real Estate as a handyman gaining firsthand knowledge of property management and construction.
In his college years, Bob decided to pursue the field of engineering. Post-college, he worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Corning Inc. and Anchor Glass. He gained respect from various boards of directors throughout the years with his ability to manage difficult projects with multiple customers and deliver projects on time and under budget. During this time, he also developed negotiating skills that have helped earn him the reputation of producing “win-win” solutions for his clients.
Bob now brings that same dedication from his engineering past into his real estate career with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group. His attention to detail allows him to provide insightful solutions for his clients. Bob’s goals and priorities are always around putting the customer first.
A native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Bob became a Florida resident in 2014 and currently resides in Hudson with his wife. Bob enjoys getting out in the beautiful Florida weather and is a Harley Davidson enthusiast.
