The best thing to do is: List It With Lou !
Louis Preziosi comes from a large family of entrepreneurs, inventors, doctors, lawyers and business professionals. He was 4 years old in 1972 when his father moved the family to Brandon Florida and he has called the Tampa Bay Area his home ever since.
Louis graduated from St. Leo University with a degree in Business Management. He has leveraged his education into the development, successful operation, marketing and sale of several businesses with millions in annual sales.
Becoming a real estate agent brings his business career full circle as the first business he developed was one of the first real estate marketing websites on the Internet. Armed with a first generation digital camera, a Kodak DC-40, and a dream, he held his first real estate agent introduction to the Internet meeting. Two years later, he had successfully marketed hundreds of homes to millions of potential buyers over this new thing called the World Wide Web. Word of the success got around and soon he had scores of agents scrambling to book him to advertise their properties to this untapped market.
The success of all of the businesses that Louis developed hinged upon extremely effective marketing and smart business practices. The key is always to supply the buyer with the best possible product at the right price for their needs and to put the seller in front of the maximum number of qualified buyers as possible. Most of all, the transaction has to be as smooth and stress free as possible from initial contact to completion.
“If you are looking for an agent with the business skills to successfully negotiate your real estate purchases, the marketing skills to sell your properties quickly and the desire to make the whole experience fun, exciting, smooth and stress free, look no further.”
When Lou is not assisting his clients, you will find him relaxing by the pool with his beautiful wife Chantell, charming son Austin, silky terrier Gino and their teacup poodle Fifi. You may also catch him playing on the links with some friends or flats fishing in the beautiful estuaries of Tampa Bay for the elusive redfish. If he is lucky, you will find him blackening his catch using his secret recipe spice. (Samples available upon request.)
