St. Petersburg Real Estate The Sunshine City!

St. Petersburg is a city located in Pinellas County with a population of about 260,000. It is the second-largest city in the Tampa Bay Area, after Tampa.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, St. Petersburg has logged the most consecutive days of sunshine (768 days!) With an average of some 361 days St. Petersburg is nicknamed, “The Sunshine City”.
