Venice Real Estate Top 10 Happiest Seaside Towns by Coastal Living!

Venice, Florida Real Estate
Popular for its sandy beaches, fresh seafood and family attractions, Venice, located in Sarasota County, is less than 20 miles south of Sarasota. It has a population of about 23,000 and has been voted one of the top 10 Happiest Seaside Towns by Coastal Living.
Founded in the 1870’s, Venice has many attractions including the annual Shark’s Tooth Festival to celebrate the large quantity of shark teeth found around it’s coral reef and sandy shores. Venice is also the home of the Audubon Area Society, whose purpose is “to promote an understanding of and interest in wildlife and the environment that supports it, and to foster the cause of conservation with emphasis on birds and their habitats.”
Be sure to visit Caspersen beach, the Venice pier or any of the popular events below to enjoy Venice like the locals do!
